How To Enroll

Follow these simple steps to get started with Money Organizer:

  • Visit one of the participating Citizens Bank branches near you* and then enroll with your Banker today.
  • Use the Budget Planner to decide how to allocate your money among the Bills, Spend, and Save accounts.
  • Login to Online Banking to personalize your plan by setting up transfers, creating alerts.

Once enrolled, you can manage your payments and transfers, view your statements, and modify your plan whenever you want, all through the convenience of Online Banking, over the phone, or in person with one of our Banking Specialists.

How to Cancel

You can elect to cancel Money Organizer at any time by visiting a participating branch and speaking with a Banker.

Upon cancellation, you can expect the following to happen:

  • The safety net of protection on your Bills account will be removed. And you will incur standard overdraft protection fees.
  • You can continue to use and maintain your accounts.
  • Any automated transfers between your accounts that you’ve created will remain unless you modify them in Online Banking.
  • Any extra accounts you have opened as a part of Money Organizer will remain open unless you close them.
  • All accounts are subject to standard account pricing.

Discontinuation of Program:

Money Organizer is not available to every customer and is open to customers in selected regions only. Money Organizer is a pilot arrangement and is currently under evaluation. If the pilot is terminated, you will be given no less than 30 days’ notice in writing.
